Vitamin C (vitamin C) It accelerates the absorption of iron and is involved in many redox processes in the body.

Calcium and phosphorus play a key role in the mineralization of bones and teeth. Calcium ions activate many enzymes, they are involved in the regulation of heart muscle tone, in the transmission of nerve impulses is controlled and the permeability of cell membranes.

Water-soluble vitamins (B vitamins, Vitamin C and Biotin) well absorbed in amounts, corresponding to daily needs of the organism. Quantity, exceeding the level of saturation of the tissues, the kidneys and, less, through blood.
