Pharmacological action

Thiamin (vitamin B1) in the human body as a result of processes of phosphorylation turns into kokarboksilazu, which is a coenzyme of many enzyme reactions. Thiamine plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. Actively involved in the processes of neural excitation in the synapses.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) necessary for normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. The phosphorylated form is a coenzyme in the metabolism of amino acids (incl. decarboxylation, transamination). Acts as a coenzyme important enzymes, active in nerve tissues. Participates in the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline, E histamine GABA.

Цianokoʙalamin (vitamin B12) is necessary for normal blood formation and maturation of red blood cells, and also participates in a number of biochemical reactions, ensure the functioning of the body (in the transfer of methyl groups, in the synthesis of nucleic acids, squirrel, in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids). It has an impact on the processes in the nervous system (RNA synthesis, DNA) and the lipid composition of phospholipids and cerebrosides. Coenzyme form cyanocobalamin – methylcobalamin and adenosyl cobalamin – necessary for the replication and growth of cells.

 

Pharmacokinetics

The components of the drug is water-soluble vitamins, which excludes the possibility of their accumulation in the body.

Absorption and distribution

Thiamine and Pyridoxine absorbed in the upper intestine, the degree of absorption depends on the dose.

The absorption of cyanocobalamin is largely determined by the presence of intrinsic factor in the stomach and upper intestine, in the future delivery of cyanocobalamin in the tissue is carried out transport protein transcobalamin II.

Metabolism

Thiamin, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin is metabolized in the liver.

Deduction

Thiamine and pyridoxine the kidneys (about 8-10% – in unchanged form). In overdose greatly increases the excretion of thiamine, and pyridoxine through the intestine.

Contraindications

Pregnancy and lactation

Overdose

Currently, cases of drug overdose Neyromultivit® not reported.

 

Drug Interactions

In an application Neyromultivita® and levodopa, there is a decrease the effectiveness of levodopa antiparkinsonian.

The combined application Neyromultivita® and ethanol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine, part of the drug (blood levels may be reduced by 30%).

During treatment Neyromultivitom® not recommend taking multivitamin complexes, is included in B vitamins.

Conditions and terms

The drug should be stored in a dry, protected from light, inaccessible to children at temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Shelf life – 3 year.
