Pharmacological action

The complex B vitamins. Vitamins contained in the product – thiamine (B1), pyridoxine (IN6) and cyanocobalamin (IN12) – are the neurotropic substances and play a special role as a coenzyme in the intermediate metabolism, flowing in the central and peripheral nervous system.

The therapeutic administration of vitamins B1, IN6 and in12 It makes up part of the existing insufficient intake of vitamins from food, that ensures the availability of the necessary amounts in the body coenzyme. Application of B vitamins in the form of a complex enhances their therapeutic effectiveness, because it is considered, that the effectiveness of the combination is superior to the individual components.

Therapeutic use of these vitamins in different diseases of the nervous system is aimed at, that, one side, to compensate for the current deficit (possibly due to the increased needs of the organism, directly caused by disease) and, on the other hand, to stimulate the natural mechanisms, to restore.

At the same time, the analgesic effect of the complex of B vitamins has a beneficial effect on therapeutic outcome.

Pharmacokinetics

Thiamin

Once inside the exposed dose-dependent transport, the mechanism of which has a dual nature: active suction to concentrations 2 mol and passive diffusion at concentrations above 2 mmol.

T1/2 is about 4 no. With the rapid metabolism outputted via 4-10 days.

Pyridoxine

Pyridoxine is absorbed very quickly, primarily, in the upper gastrointestinal tract and displays a maximum of 2-5 no. The human body contains about 40-150 mg. During the day, with urine output 1.7-3.6 mg.

Цianokoʙalamin

Cyanocobalamin is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract by means 2 mechanisms: release under the action of gastric juice and rapid binding to intrinsic factor and independently of intrinsic factor by passive contact with blood. At doses above 1.5 g last mechanism plays a significant role. An excess of vitamin B12 stored in the liver.

From the liver it is excreted in the bile into the intestine and largely reabsorbed in the enterohepatic circulation. The rate of metabolism of vitamin B12 per day is 2.5 g.

Testimony

In the treatment of these neurological diseases:

- Neuralgia nerve troynichnogo;

- Neuritis of the facial nerve;

- Pain, caused by diseases of the spine (mezhrebernaya neuralgia, ljumʙoişialgija, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, neck and shoulder syndrome, radicular syndrome, caused by degenerative changes of the spine).

Dosage regimen

Adults and adolescents over 15 years appoint 1 tab. 3 times / day or prescribed by a doctor. Children under 15 years The batch is a doctor.

Tablets should be taken with liquid, with a little water, better while eating. The duration of treatment is determined by a physician.

Side effect

Maybe: allergic reactions, occurring mainly in the form of cutaneous manifestations.

Contraindications

Pregnancy and lactation

To date, no data on adverse effects in pregnancy after the introduction of the B vitamins1, IN6 and in12 at recommended doses.

Cautions

When administered vitamin B12 clinical picture, and laboratory parameters at the funicular myelosis or pernicious anemia may lose its specificity.

Overdose

Vitamins B1, IN6 and in12 They have a wide therapeutic range.

Vitamin B1

After ingestion overdose symptoms are not logged in.

Vitamin B6

Symptoms: neuropathies with ataksieй, violation of the sensitivity, cerebral convulsions with ECG changes, and in some cases, hypochromic anemia, and seborrheic dermatitis (It was described after ingestion more 2 g / day).

Vitamin B12

Symptoms: allergic reactions, eczematous skin disorders and benign form of acne (after parenteral administration of high doses, and in rare cases, after ingestion).

Drug Interactions

Pyridoxine

While the use of pyridoxine may reduce levodopa antiparkinsonian effect of levodopa.

Pyridoxine, while the application increases the effect of diuretics.

Izonikotina gidrazid, penicillamine, cycloserine and estrogensoderzhaschie oral contraceptives weaken the effect of pyridoxine.

Pyridoxine well with cardiac glycosides (pyridoxine promotes the synthesis of contractile proteins in the myocardium), with glutamic acid and asparkamom (increased resistance to hypoxia).

Цianokoʙalamin

Aminoglikozidy, salicilaty, antiepileptics, Colchicine, potassium supplements reduce the absorption of cyanocobalamin.

Cyanocobalamin can not be combined with drugs, increases blood clotting.

Admission cyanocobalamin can mask a lack of folic acid.
