Pharmacological action.
Bronchodilator, antispasmodic.
Application.
Chronic obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma, overproduction of phlegm, bronchoobstruction against the backdrop of colds.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy (I trimester).
Restrictions apply.
Zakrыtougolynaya glaucoma, disorders of urination due to prostatic hypertrophy, pregnancy (II and III trimester), lactation.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
It contraindicated in I trimester of pregnancy. In II and III trimester and during lactation is possible, if the effect of therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.
Side effects.
From the respiratory system: cough, rarely bronhospazm paradoxical.
Allergic reactions: rash, hives.
Other: dry mouth, headache, nausea, ccomodation (In case of eye).

Enhances the bronchodilator effect of beta-agonists and xanthine derivatives.
Dosing and Administration.
Inhalation - By 2 dose aerosol (40 g) 4 once a day (optionally up 12 inhalations).
The solution for inhalations: adults and children over 14 years-0.1-0.5 mg 3-4 times a day via nebulizer; children 6-14 years-0.1-0.25 mg 3-4 times a day via nebulizer; Children up to 6 years are 0.1-0.25 mg 3-4 times a day (under the supervision of a physician).
