Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

Pharmacological action

Laxatives, stimulating peristalsis. The active form of the drug, formed by hydrolysis under influence of intestinal microorganisms, directly stimulating the nervous structure of the intestinal wall, whereby accelerated promotion of intestinal contents, reduces the absorption of electrolytes and water.

The action comes after 10-12 h after administration.

Pharmacokinetics

After ingestion is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is not exposed to liver-intestinal circulation.
