Characteristic.
The enzyme preparation from the pancreas of pigs and cattle. Amorphous fine powder grayish or yellowish color with a characteristic smell. Few soluble in water.
Pharmacological action.
Complementary deficit enzymes pancreas.
Application.
Failure of digestion in violation of exocrine pancreatic function: mukovystsydoz, chronic pancreatitis, total pancreatectomy, dyspepsia, Remhelda syndrome, flatulence; violation of digestion (condition after resection of the stomach and small intestine, accelerated passage of food through the intestines, errors in the diet when taking oily, unusual or trudnoperevarivaema food, When nervousness, etc.), intestinal infections, chronic diseases of the liver and biliary tract system, degassing of the bowel before diagnostic studies (radiological, ULTRASOUND, etc.).
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity (incl. intolerance of pork), acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis.
Side effects.

Dosing and Administration.
Inside, before eating, without chewing, with a large amount of liquid, preferably alkaline: water, fruit juices. Dose is individually depending on the severity of eating disorders. The usual dose is 0.25-0.5 g at 3-6 times a day just before meals or at the time of delivery. Duration of treatment, ranging from a few days (If there is a violation of the digestive process due to errors in the diet) up to several months or even years (If you need replacement therapy).
Precautions.
Do not exceed daily dose, especially cystic fibrosis. With long-term use should be assigned to iron supplementation.
