Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, It has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, mestnoanesteziruyuschee, regenerative effect.

Ofloxacin – antimicrobial agent is a broad spectrum fluoroquinolone. It has a bactericidal effect by blocking DNA gyrase in bacterial cells. Active against gram-negative and gram-positive organisms.

Methyluracil – stimulator of tissue repair. It has anabolic activity. Accelerates cell regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and maturation of the granulation tissue and epithelialization.

Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect due to the blockade of sodium channels, which prevents generation of impulses in endings of sensory neurons, and the conduction of impulses along nerve fibers. For external use dilates blood vessels, does not have any irritant action.

Water-soluble ointment base is a mixture of polyethylene oxide having a molecular weight 400 and 1500, provides a dehydrating effect on the fabric, in 20 times superior in strength of action 10% sodium chloride solution.

- Bedsores;

- Sores;

- Postoperative and post-traumatic wounds and fistulae;

Dosage regimen

The drug is used topically, 1 times / day for 1-2 weeks. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 100 g ointment. The duration of treatment depends on the dynamics of the cleansing of wounds from purulent exudate and terms of relief of the inflammatory process.

Tampons, impregnated with ointment, loosely fill oral purulent wounds after debridement, turundy gauze and ointment is introduced into the fistulous passages.
