Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

Excipients: carmellose sodium, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium cyclamate, povidone K30, talc, microcrystalline cellulose.

Pharmacological action

The preparation of magnesium. Magnesium is an essential macroelement. Needed for many energy processes, is involved in the metabolism of proteins, fat, carbohydrates and nucleic acids.

Magnesium is involved in neuromuscular excitation, inhibiting neuromuscular transmission. Of particular interest is magnesium as a natural physiological calcium antagonist. Magnesium controls the normal functioning of the cells of the myocardium; participates in the regulation of contractile function of the myocardium. In stressful situations, displayed an increased amount of free ionized magnesium, therefore the added amount of magnesium improves resistance to stress.
