Pharmacological action

Combined preparation for local use in dentistry with antimicrobial, antiinflammatory and analgesic action.

When applied topically, choline salicylate is rapidly absorbed oral mucosa, providing local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. Inhibits the activity of COX, the function of macrophages and neutrophils, production of interleukin-1 and inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins. Also possesses antimicrobial and antifungal activity in acidic and alkaline medium.

Tsetalkoniya chloride – antiseptic, acts on bacteria, fungi and viruses.
