Pharmacological action
Combined preparation. Choline salicylate has mestnoanalgeziruyuschee, anti-inflammatory. Inhibits the activity of COX, macrophage function and neutrophils, production of interleukin-1 and inhibits the synthesis of Pg. It has also antibacterial and antifungal activity (in acidic and alkaline medium). Tsetalkoniya chloride - Antiseptic, acts on bacteria, fungi and viruses. Analgesic effect occurs within 2-3 minutes, duration - 2-8 hours.
Pharmacokinetics
When applied to the mucous membranes is well absorbed.
Testimony
Dental Gel: periodontal disease, damage to the oral mucosa (incl. when wearing dentures), stomatitis of various etiologies, gingivitis, periodontitis, teething pain in children, cheilitis, candidiasis of the oral mucosa, minor surgery; the localization in the oral mucosa - lichen planus, erythema multiforme exudative (incl. Dosage regimen
Locally.
