Pharmacological action.
Antihistamine, antiallergic.
Application.
Nasal allergy (season, perennial), Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria, Allergic Diseases and conditions, due to an increased release of histamine.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity.
Restrictions apply.
Renal and / or hepatic insufficiency, QT prolongation, kaliopenia, Age to 12 years (Safety and efficacy have not been determined).
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Not recommended (the safety in pregnant and lactating women has not been studied).
Side effects.
Headache, drowsiness, dry mouth; rare - abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, asthenia, insomnia, rhinitis, sinusitis.
Cooperation.
Not recommended simultaneous application with ketoconazole and erythromycin (It may prolong the QT interval). Compatible with theophylline, nepryamыmy anticoagulants, cimetidine, diazepamom, ethanol and ethanol-containing drugs.
Overdose.
Treatment: gastric lavage, monitoring vital functions, simptomaticheskaya therapy.
Dosing and Administration.
