Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, improving trophism and tissue regeneration, with antimicrobial activity for topical use.

Dexpanthenol – B vitamin, metabolized in the body to pantothenic acid, which is a part of coenzyme A, and is involved in the acetylation, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, in acetylcholine synthesis, GCS, porphyrins. It stimulates the regeneration of the skin, normalize cellular metabolism, accelerating mitosis and increases the strength of collagen fibers. Provides regenerating, vitamin, metabolic and anti-inflammatory action.

Chlorhexidine – antimicrobial, antiseptic.

It is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, incl. Staphylococcus spp., Enterococcus spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp., and yeasts and dermatophytes.
