Drug Interactions

In an application with adenine potentiated the sedative effect of benzodiazepines by inhibiting their metabolism.

While the use of derivatives nitroimidazole (metronidazole, ornidazolom, Seknidazol, tinidazolom) may develop delirium disorders, confusion.

With simultaneous use of tricyclic antidepressants may increase ethanol intolerance reactions, caused by disulfiram.

With simultaneous use of adenine and warfarin (or other anticoagulants) increased risk of bleeding due to increased warfarin (slowing its biotransformation).

In an application with isoniazid possible violations of conduct and co-ordination; с теофиллином – замедление биотрансформации теофиллина; с фенитоином – возможно развитие токсических эффектов фенитоина в связи с замедлением его биотрансформации и повышением концентрации в плазме крови.
