Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

Cream for external application 5% white or nearly white, uniform.

Excipients: propylene glycol, white soft paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, Liquid paraffin, poloxamer 407, sodium lauryl, Dimethicone, glycerol monostearate, macrogol stearate, Purified water.

Pharmacological action

Antivirals for external and local application. Acyclovir active in otnoshenii Herpes simplex 1 and 2 types, вируса Varicella zoster , Epstein-Barr virus and citomegalovirusov.

Thymidine kinase infected cells through a series of sequential reactions actively converts acyclovir into a mono, di- and acyclovir triphosphate. Last interacts with the viral DNA polymerase and incorporated into DNA, which is synthesized for new viruses. Dosage regimen
