Pharmacological action

Regenerating, wound healing, antimicrobial.

The spectrum of antimicrobial activity of zinc include strains of Staphylococcus aureus, streptokokka, E. and Pseudomonas sticks; reduces the risk of superinfection, braking regenerative processes. It stimulates phagocytosis and helps cleanse the wound of necrotic elements. Restores the skin deficit hyaluronic acid, maintains the elasticity and skin turgor, promoting substitution of tissue defects and create a natural framework for cells, participating in the process of wound healing. Generates a local increase in the concentration of hyaluronic acid, Optimal conditions for the processes of tissue regeneration: activated granulocytes and macrophages, enhanced migration of fibroblasts and endothelial cells into the affected area. Induces proliferation of epithelial cells and fibroblasts (larger and with a large number of processes), intensifies and accelerates the incorporation of collagen.

When applied topically, systemic resorption is very low. It affects all 3 phase of wound healing process; It is highly effective in chronic lower leg ulcers (It promotes epithelialization of the ulcer, faster and more uniform healing, normalizes the surrounding tissues). Dosing and Administration

Locally.

Solution: poorly healing infected wounds, sores, bedsores, CVIS. After washing the wounds 3% hydrogen peroxide solution or saline solution directly onto the wound surface drops applied solution. Perhaps closing gauze of appropriate size. The dressing should be changed 1-2 times a day.
