Pharmacological action.

Dermatoprotektivnoe agent for external use. It activates regeneration and helps heal wounds.

Zinc reduces the production of sebum glands, anti-inflammatory effect.

Pharmacokinetics

Zinc is mainly associated with follicular epithelium and not resorbed into the systemic circulation.

Side effect

Local reactions: it may sometimes be a burning sensation, irritation, dry skin at the site of drug. Usually, these effects are mild and do not require discontinuation of the drug and / or symptomatic therapy.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to zinc.

Overdose

Accidental overdose is unlikely due to the nature of local drug application.

Drug Interactions

To date, no established clinically significant interaction of zinc acetate with other drugs.
