Tuberculosis of the bladder – state and urinalysis

In tuberculosis urine acid reaction, cloudy, often with brownish or reddish tinge from blood impurities. On microscopic examination, it may be determined in a different number of white blood cells, unmodified erythrocytes and epithelial cells of the bladder. Sometimes the urine, especially in small pieces of tissue sediment, giant cells can be detected tuberculous granulomas with caseous disintegration.
