Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

Pills, coated greenish blue, matte finish, round, lenticular.

Excipients: povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, potato starch, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

The composition of the shell: talc, Titanium dioxide (IV) (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), indigotin (E132), macrogol 6000, emetakrilovoy and ethacrylic acid copolymer.

Drops for intake in the form of a transparent, yellow-brown liquid, with the smell of fruit K. prostrata ordinary; slight sediment may fall during storage.

Excipients: povidone, sorbitol 70% (noncrystallizing), polysorbate 20, sucrose sodium dihydrate, peppermint flavor, ethanol 96%, Purified water.

Pharmacological action

Phyto, the components of which have a normalizing effect on the level of sex hormones. It has dopaminergic action, that causes a decrease in the production of prolactin, ie. eliminates hyperprolactinemia. The increased concentration of prolactin secretion of gonadotropins breaks, causing disturbances may occur follicular maturation, ovulation and luteal phase, which further leads to an imbalance between estradiol and progesterone. It is this hormonal imbalance causes menstrual irregularities and mastodynia. Cyclodynon^® normalizes the ratio of gonadotropins, resulting in normalization of the second phase of the menstrual cycle.

Prolactin also has a direct stimulatory effect on proliferative processes in the mammary glands, enhancing the formation of connective tissue and causing the expansion of the milk ducts. Reduction of prolactin leads to regression of pathological processes in the mammary glands and relieves pain.

Pharmacokinetics

Action extract of K. prostrata ordinary is a combination of its components, therefore conduct of pharmacokinetic studies is not possible.

Dosage regimen

Assign 40 drops or by 1 tab. 1 time / day in the morning. A course of treatment – no less 3 months continuously. If, after withdrawal of the drug complaints reappear, you should consult with your doctor and continue treatment.

Tablets should be taken with liquid. Bottle with drops for oral administration should be shaken before use, when used to keep upright.

Side effect

Allergic reactions: rarely – skin reactions.

Contraindications

Pregnancy and lactation

The drug should not be used during pregnancy, as well as during breastfeeding.

Cautions

Drops for oral administration should not be used after successful treatment of chronic alcoholism.

The tablets contain lactose (laktozu). Lactose intolerance can be considered as a possible cause of stomach pains and diarrhea, occurring in patients receiving the drug.

The patient must be advised of the need to seek medical advice in the development of the drug on a background of weakness, depression, pain in the breast, menstrual disorders.

Diabetics can take the drops for oral administration and tablets, tk. single dose Cyclodynon^® contains at least 0.03 HE.

Overdose

Subject to the recommended dosing regimen of the drug overdose cases not covered.

Drug Interactions
