Pharmacological action.
Glucocorticoid, mineralocorticoid.

Application.

Diffuse connective tissue disease (rheumatoid arthritis and others.), allergic diseases (bronchial asthma, angioedema), dermatosis, gastrointestinal diseases (nespetsificheskiy yazvennыy colitis).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, acute psychosis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, heart failure, pregnancy, lactation.

Side effects.

Lowered resistance to infections, mental disorders, osteoporosis, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, leather pigmentation.

Cooperation.

It reduces the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs, усиливает — сердечных гликозидов, изменяет — диуретиков. Ketoconazole reduces the stimulating effect on the adrenal glands.

Dosing and Administration.
