Characteristic.
The extract from the mucosa of the small intestine of pigs. Contains 80% geparinoida (the swiftly fraction) and 20% dermatan sulfate.
Pharmacological action.
Antykoahulyantnoe, fibrinolytic, antiadgezivnoe, angioprotektivnoe, gipolipidemicescoe.
Application.
Angiopathy with an increased risk of thrombosis (incl. Micro- and macroangiopathy in diabetes).
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity, gyemorragichyeskii diatyez, disease, associated with an increased risk of bleeding.
Side effects.
Diarrhoeal phenomenon — nausea, vomiting, and etc., epigastric pain, allergic reactions; in the injection-pain, burning, hematoma.
Cooperation.
Not recommended simultaneous use with drugs, affecting hemostasis (direct and indirect anticoagulants, antiagregantы).
Overdose.
