Pharmacological action.
Antibacterial, accelerating wound healing.

Application.

Burns of all degrees, including radiation; bedsores, leg sores.

Contraindications.

Allergic reactions to sulfa drugs in history, vrozhdennыy deficiency of glucose-6-fosfatdegidrogenazы (the risk of hemolysis), infancy (newborn and premature babies).

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding is allowed in exceptional cases, if the surface is not more than the burn 20% body surface, and the therapeutic use of more, than the risk to the fetus.

Side effects.

Leukopenia, allergic skin reactions.

Dosing and Administration.

Outwardly; with a sterile gauze swab cream is applied with a thin layer (2-3 Mm) surface of the affected 1-2 times per day. Treatment for open pit or by using an occlusive dressing.

Precautions.

Special care is required in patients with extensive burns, concomitant disorders of the liver and kidneys, in shock. When applying the cream to the surface of the wound exudate may appear, in this case, before the wound was washed with applique 3% boric acid or 0,1% chlorhexidine.

Cautions.

During application it is necessary to control the level of serum sulfonamides.
