Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

◊ Syrup thick, clear, Brown color, with the smell of thyme.

Excipients: purified honey, Sodium benzoate, propyl, sucrose, Purified water.

In the combined therapy of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by cough with difficult expectoration:

Dosage regimen

The drug is prescribed inside, after meal (in connection with the possibility of reducing appetite).

Children aged 1 Year to 5 years – by 1/2-1 teaspoon 2-3 times / day, from 5 to 10 years – by 1-2 teaspoons 3 times / day, from 10 to 15 years – by 2-3 teaspoons 3 times / day.

Contraindications

- Cardiac decompensation;

Cautions

The preparation contains 3.4 vol.% ethanol; 1 tea spoon (5 ml) It contains up 0.14 g ethanol; 1 tablespoon (15 ml) – to 0.41 g ethanol.

The drug should be used with caution in children (because of the possible negative impact of ethanol).

As part of the preparation contains 62% sucrose, so it should be used with caution in patients with diabetes and in people, I am on a diet with reduced carbohydrate content. IN 1 teaspoon of the drug contains up 3.1 g sucrose, in 1 tablespoon – to 9.3 g sucrose.
