Characteristic.
Natural macrolide antibiotic.
Pharmacological action.
Antibacterial, bacteriostatic.
Application.
Lower respiratory infections ways (pneumonia, incl. atipichnaya, caused by the Legionella, mycoplasma, Chlamydia, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis), ENT (sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis), bone and joints (osteomyelitis, arthritis), skin and soft tissue (mug, secondarily infected dermatitis, abscesses and cellulitis, incl. in dentistry), urinary tract (prostatitis, uretrit), gynecological and venereal (genital and extragenital clamidiosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, and a combination thereof), toxoplasmosis, incl. in pregnant women, prevention of acute articular rheumatism, and meningococcal meningitis (in persons, patients exposed to no more than 10 days prior to diagnosis), bacteriocarrier pertussis and diphtheria.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity, childhood (for in / injection), lactation.
Restrictions apply.
Obstruction of the bile ducts, hepatic failure.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
If necessary, may be used during pregnancy (spiramycin have not revealed teratogenic effects).

Dosing and Administration.
