PHARMACEUTICAL FORM, COMPOSITION AND PACKAGING

Excipients: mannitol, sodium saccharin, Mentha spicata, starch sodium glikolata, talc, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological action

Antacids. Gidrotal′cit has a layered-NET structure with low content of aluminium and magnesium. Release of aluminium and magnesium ions occurs gradually, depending on the pH of gastric juice. The drug provides fast and continuous hydrochloric neutralization (salt) acid pH keeping close to normal levels. Has a protective effect on the mucous membrane of the stomach. Decreases proteoliticescuu activity pepsina, binds bile acids.

Pharmacokinetics

Drug absorption occurs in the small intestine. After intake of magnesium and aluminium ions content in plasma increases temporarily, but the penetration in the nervous and skeletal tissues did not occur (normal renal function). Absorbirovannaya part display memory.
