Pharmacological action

Histamine H1-receptor. Besides, reduces the content of histamine in tissues due to activation of diamine – enzyme, inaktiviruyushyego histamine. Has antiallergic, antipruritic and antiexudative action. There has Adreno- and anticholinergic activity. Virtually no sedative and hypnotic action.

Pharmacokinetics

It has low lipophilicity. Poor penetrate the BBB.

Testimony

Pollen disease, nasal allergy, acute and chronic urticaria, angioedema, itching, neurodermatitis, eczema, allergic reactions, associated with taking drugs or food.

Dosage regimen

Adults inside – by 25-50 mg 3-4 The course of treatment averages 10-20 days. If necessary, repeat the treatment.

Pregnancy and lactation

Cautions
