Evaluation of the results of research colpocytologic

The findings of the study colpocytologic (whether it's a single stroke or a series of drugs) drawn up with the obligatory taking into account relevant data history. Each drug must be accompanied by the following information:

• Surname, name, patronymic, occupation and age of the patient;
• Complaints;
• The nature of the menstrual cycle, the date of the last menstrual period or the period of pregnancy;
• Date Research.

The results of cytological examination should include the following data:

• Maturation index, t. it is. the percentage of cells in the smear;
• EI and CI in the presence of sufficient proliferation. If any of the index is not determined, should put the figure 0;
• Index folding
  overcrowded cells and numerically, for a three-point system, or in narrative form;
• Feature location of cells (kind of exfoliation): Separate, in clusters or groups of layers desquamation;
• The presence of other elements - Leukocytes, erythrocyte, Microorganisms, detritus;
• The presence of cytolysis;
• Overall conclusion: Pap matches (does not match) phase of the menstrual cycle (gestational age). There is a marked or severe atrophy of proliferation, androgenic type of stroke.
