Pharmacological action.
Antifungal, fungistatic, Antibacterial.

Application.

Vaginal candidiasis (sharp, chronic, palindromic), incl. with concomitant bacterial infection, caused by Gram-positive pathogens.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

In the I trimester of pregnancy and breast-feeding is allowed only when the effect of therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child (controlled clinical trials in pregnant and lactating women have not been conducted).

Side effects.

Burning and itching of the vagina.

Dosing and Administration.

Intravaginal (deep), the evening before bedtime; supp. 150 mg for 6 days, supp. 300 mg for 3 days, supp. 900 mg-once.

Precautions.

Do not use during menstruation (it is advisable to start the course after menstruation). Avoid contact with latex products suppository (contraceptive diaphragm, condoms). During therapy, and for 1 Weeks after its completion can not wash the vagina. Mandatory daily change of underwear, towels; sponge for washing and disinfecting is necessary to use only neutral or slightly alkaline soap. In the case of infection of the labia and the surrounding areas, we recommend further apply antifungal cream.
