Pharmacological action.

Premenstrual syndrome, mastodinija, menstrual disorders, associated with the shortening of the secretory phase, dysfunctional uterine bleeding (with the aim of substitution in case of insufficiency of the hormone of the corpus luteum), primary and secondary amenorrhea, glandular cystic endometrial hyperplasia, endometriosis, adenomyosis, suppression of lactation, contraception.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, breast cancer and genital, trombofilicescie state, incl. history, varicose veins pronounced change legs and hemorrhoidal veins, cholecystitis, hepatitis, abnormal liver function, Functional family hyperbilirubinemia (Rotor syndrome, Dubin - Johnson), liver tumors, itching, herpes, severe renal insufficiency, cardiovascular disease, bronchial asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy.

Side effects.

Nausea, fatiguability, paresthesia, allergic skin reactions.

Dosing and Administration.

Inside. For the treatment of premenstrual syndrome and mastodynia - by 5 mg 16-day cycle for 10 days, in severe decompensated form and lack of effectiveness - for 5 mg, starting from 5th day of the cycle for 21 day. In endometriosis in women after 40 years - 16 25-day cycle of 5-10 mg per day for 6 Months, adenomyosis - for 5 mg a day from 5th to 25th day of the cycle for 6 months or, beginning with 2,5 mg per day on the 5th day of the cycle, gradually increase the dose by 2,5 mg every 2-3 weeks for 4-6 months; postponement of the onset of the next menstrual period - for 5 mg 1-2 times / day, starting over 3 days before the expected menstruation, for no more than 10-14 days, termination of dysfunctional uterine bleeding - 5-10 mg for 6-12 days, relapse prevention - on 5 mg a day from 16th to 25th day of the cycle, after surgery for glandular-cystic hyperplasia - 5.10 mg to 16 to 25-day cycle for 4-6 months. To prevent lactation - 20-10 mg, gradually reducing the dose. For the purpose of contraception - only in combination with estrogens, at 1.25-2.5 mg 1-5-day cycle for 21 day, then pererya 7 days.

Precautions.

Before treatment is necessary to clarify the cause of vaginal bleeding, confirm the functional and exclude malignancy.
