Pharmacological action.
Antibacterial, protivoprotozoynymi, antifungal.

Application.

Vulvovaginitis, incl. trichomonas etiology, vaginal candidiasis, gastroduodenit, holecistopankreatit, enterocolitis, intestinal amebiasis and giardiasis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, uretrit.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, incl. to other drugs nitrofuran series.

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy, lactation.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

During pregnancy is possible only under strict conditions, if the effect of therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus (It passes through the placental barrier). At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding (It passes into breast milk).

Dosing and Administration.

Inside. Vaginal infections - By 200 mg 3 times a day after meals. Children - 10 mg / kg / day 2 receiving daily. Urinary tract infections - Inside, adults in a daily dose of 600-1200 mg, children 10-20 mg / kg / day (in 2 admission), Course duration - 1-2 weeks. Intestinal infections - Inside, adults - 400 mg 2-3 times a day, children - 10-15 mg / kg 2-3 times per day, the usual duration of the course - 10 days (Giardiasis - 7 days).

Precautions.

During treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis, or other etiology should abandon sexuality. Be sure the appointment of sexual partner.
