Characteristic.

Yellow powder, water-soluble. Molecular weight 415,3.

Pharmacological action.
Anti-asthma.

Application.

Bronchial obstruction: asthma different genesis, incl. asthma physical effort, bronhospasticskie reaction, cold air induced, inhaled allergens, atmospheric pollution, chronic obstructive bronchitis.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity (incl. a fluorocarbon), childhood (to 12 years).

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy (I trimester) and breastfeeding.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

With care prescribe during pregnancy (especially in the I trimester) and breastfeeding.

Side effects.

From the respiratory system: cough, tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, bronchospasm.

From the nervous system: dizziness, headache.

From the digestive tract: abdominal pain (5%), unpleasant taste after inhalation, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia.

Other: arthritis, neutron- or leukopenia, manifested by fever, sore throat or the whole body, fever, etc.. signs of infection.

Cooperation.

Strengthens (mutually) the effect of beta-adrenergic stimulants, corticosteroids, methylxanthine derivatives, ipratropiya bromide.

Dosing and Administration.

Inhalation. Adults and children over 12 years of the initial dose is 2 inhalation (4 mg) 4 once a day, optionally up to 6-8 times per day, for maintenance therapy - by 2 inhalation 2 once a day; supplementation is possible immediately before exercise to prevent asthma physical effort.

Precautions.

Aerosol is not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm.
