Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

◊ Solution for rectal administration colorless, opalescent, Coupling.

Excipients: sorbic acid, glycerol, water.

5 ml – microclysters (plastic tubes with a tip and breakable seal) (4) – packs cardboard.

Pharmacological action

Combined laxatives. Sodium citrate – peptizers, which displaces the bound water, contained in the stool. Sodium lauryl dilute the intestinal contents. Sorbitol increases laxative effect by stimulation of inflow of water into the intestine. Increasing the amount of water due to dilution and peptization helps soften the stool and facilitates bowel movement.

Laxative effect after 5-15 minutes after administration.

Dosage regimen

The drug is administered rectally.
