Pharmacological action
Mucolytic tool. Destroys disulfide bonds mucopolysaccharide and changes its ion charge, The resulting changes in the composition of bronchial secretions: reduces the number of neutral glycopeptides, increases sialoglikoproteidnaya function. It stimulates the motor function of the ciliated epithelium of the respiratory tract, It reduces viscosity and facilitates expectoration of bronchial secretions and discharge from the sinus.

Testimony

Dosage regimen

Side effect

Contraindications
Gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, chronic glomerulonephritis in the acute phase, I trimester of pregnancy, Hypersensitivity to Karbotsistein.
Pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated for use in the I trimester of pregnancy. To use caution in II and III trimesters of pregnancy and lactation (breast-feeding).
Cautions
