Pharmaceutical form, composition and packaging

◊ Gel for external use light brown, mat, with a characteristic odor.

Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, which is due to the properties of its constituent components. Provides fibrinoliticescoe, anti-inflammatory (due to extract follicles Serae), antithrombotic (due to heparin), and Keratolytic effect (at the expense of allantoin). Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.

Pharmacokinetics

In the experiment it was shown, that heparin during 4 h in clinically sufficient quantities penetrates into the DermIS connective tissue. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with bulbs Serae and alantoine (transjepidermal'naja heparinization).
