Pharmacological action
Combined preparation; It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic action, due to the non-selective inhibition of TSOG1 and TSOG2 and suppression of synthesis of Pg. Arthralgia, decreases in rest and in motion, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of joints, increases range of motion.
Testimony
For adults – average pain intensity, traumatic inflammation of soft tissue and musculoskeletal system (injuries, stretching, sprains, fractures, and so on.), postoperative period, algomenorrhea, toothache; neuralgia, myalgia, lyumbago, fiʙrozit, tendinitis; headache, feverish syndrome. Articular Syndrome (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, podagricheskiy arthritis). Sinusitis, tonsillitis. For children (as an auxiliary drug): tonsillitis, acute infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (pharyngitis, tracheitis, laringit).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer (exacerbation), liver and / or kidney failure, diseases of the blood, deficiency of glucose-6-fosfatdegidrogenazы, “Aspirin” asthma, pregnancy, lactation. Bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, CHF.
Side effects
Dizziness, blurred vision, dyspeptic symptoms, diarrhea, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, allergic reactions (skin rash, itch), abnormal liver function, nephropathy, thrombocytopenia, swelling.
Dosing and Administration
Inside (before or 2-3 hours after meals). Adults – by 1 tablet 3-4 once a day.
Cautions
With simultaneous use of indirect anticoagulants – control of blood coagulation.
Cooperation
Long combined use of paracetamol increases the risk of nephrotoxic effects. Combination with ethanol, GCS, corticotropin increases the risk of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. Ibuprofen increases the effect of direct (geparina) and indirect (coumarin and derivatives indandiona) antykoahulyantov, thrombolytic agents (alteplaza, anistreplase, streptokinase, urokynaza), antiagregantov, colchicine – increased risk of bleeding complications. Enhances hypoglycemic effect of insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs. Reduces the effects of antihypertensive drugs and diuretics (by inhibiting the synthesis of renal Pg). Increases concentration in blood of digoxin, drugs Li and methotrexate. Caffeine increases the analgesic effect of ibuprofen. Cyclosporine and preparations Au increase nephrotoxicity. Цefamandol, tsefaperazon, cefotetan, valproic acid, plicamycin increase the frequency of gipoprotrombinemii.
