Pharmacological action
Combined preparation; It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic action, due to the non-selective inhibition of TSOG1 and TSOG2 and suppression of synthesis of Pg. Arthralgia, decreases in rest and in motion, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of joints, increases range of motion.
Testimony
Для взрослых – болевой синдром средней интенсивности, traumatic inflammation of soft tissue and musculoskeletal system (injuries, stretching, sprains, fractures, and so on.), postoperative period, algomenorrhea, toothache; neuralgia, myalgia, lyumbago, fiʙrozit, tendinitis; headache, feverish syndrome. For children (as an auxiliary drug): tonsillitis, acute infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (pharyngitis, tracheitis, laringit).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer (exacerbation), liver and / or kidney failure, diseases of the blood, deficiency of glucose-6-fosfatdegidrogenazы, “аспириновая” астма, pregnancy, lactation. Bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, CHF.

Dosing and Administration

Cooperation
Long combined use of paracetamol increases the risk of nephrotoxic effects.
