Characteristic.

The solution has a high viscosity, a refractive index similar to the natural tear fluid.

Pharmacological action.
Hydrated.

Application.

Insufficient tearing, lagophthalmos, deformation of age, ectropion, state after blepharoplasty, erosion and trophic ulcers of the cornea, status after surgical and thermal burns of the cornea and conjunctiva, bullous corneal degenerative changes, keratopathy, corneal epithelial microdefects, state after keratoplasty, keratoektomii; dry eye syndrome (combination therapy): Syndrome Stevens - Johnson, syndrome or disease Segrena, xerosis, Hyperkeratoses (often in combination with a therapeutic contact lens); eye irritation, caused by smoke, dust, cold, wind, sun, salt water, contact lenses; otic allergic reactions; Disinfection of tear fluid, extending or reducing the irritating effects of other eye drops; after removal of toxic substances and foreign objects from the eye; during gonioscopy, electroretinography, electrooculography, US eyes.

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects.

Allergic reactions, a sense of bonding century (because of the high viscosity of the solution).

Cooperation.

Incompatible with eye drops, containing metal salts.

Dosing and Administration.

Locally, in the lower conjunctival sac, 1-2 drops 4-8 times daily. The course of treatment 2-3 weeks.

Precautions.

It is not recommended during the acute phase of chemical burn of cornea and conjunctiva to complete removal of toxic substances. Do not use for a long time. Application is possible only in the breaks between the contact lens.
