Characteristic.

Pharmacological action.
Neuroleptic, antipsychotic.

Application.

Schizophrenia (all forms) and psychosis (acute and chronic, incl. paranoid), especially taking place against a background of depressive-hypochondriac and-stuporous catatonic, apathy and indifference, including relief of aggression and psychomotor agitation; neurotic state, accompanied by fear, tension.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity (incl. other phenothiazines), organic disease and brain injury, acute depression, pronounced CNS depression, coma, liver and heart failure, blood disease, pregnancy, lactation, Children age - up 12 years (fluphenazine decanoate).

Restrictions apply.

Side effects.

Dosing and Administration.
