Excipients: macrogol 300 (polyethylene glycol 300), benzyl alcohol, ethanol, polysorbate 80, lemon acid, sodium citrate.

Pharmacological action
Pharmacological action – antitumor. It affects the late S and G2 phase of the cell division. It interacts with the cellular microtubules and inhibits topoisomerase A2 and DNA synthesis. Indications
Small cell lung cancer, testicular cancer, khorionkartsinoma, sarkoma Juinga, Kaposi's sarcoma, sympathicoblastoma, raʙdomiosarkoma, mammary cancer, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, limfogranulematoz, Acute leukemia myeloydnыy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, the liver and kidneys, pregnancy.
Side effect
Inhibition of hematopoiesis, nyekrotichyeskaya entyeropatiya, toxic hepatitis, aretrialnaya hypotension (With rapid intravenous), cardiac dysfunction. Rarely – CNS, obratimaya alopecia, phlebitis at the injection site, allergic reactions.
Cooperation
