Pharmacological action.
Antihistamine, bronchodilatory, antiasthmatic, anti-inflammatory.

Application.

Rinofaringit, laringit, rynotraheobronhyt, otitis, sinusitis, chronic bronchitis with respiratory failure, bronhospastichesky syndrome, bronchial asthma (maintenance therapy), respiratory disorders in measles, whooping cough, Flu.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, Children up to age 14 years (Pill).

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy, lactation.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding.

When pregnancy is possible, if the effect of therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. It is not recommended during lactation.

Side effects.

From the digestive tract: nausea, dyspepsia, stomach ache, vomiting.

CNS: drowsiness, excitation.

Cardio-vascular system: rarely - tachycardia.

Allergic reactions: very rarely - erythema, angioedema, fixed pigmented erythema, rash, hives (due to the presence in the composition of the syrup para-hydroxybenzoate).

Overdose.

Symptoms: drowsiness or agitation, nausea, vomiting, sinus tachycardia.

Treatment: gastric lavage, maintaining vital functions; ECG monitoring is required.

Dosing and Administration.

Inside. Adults, before meals: 3-6 Article. spoons (45-90 Ml) Syrup 3 times a day or 80 mg (1 Table.) 23 times per day. Babies (Only syrup) - Weighing up to 10 kg - 2-4 tsp syrup (10-20 Ml) per day (can be added to food bottle), weighing more than 10 kg - 2-4 tablespoons of syrup (30-60 Ml) daily, before eating.

Precautions.

Sunset yellow S, part of the syrup in a dye, may provoke allergic reactions, incl. bronchospasm (especially in people with hypersensitivity to aspirin).
