PHARMACEUTICAL FORM, COMPOSITION AND PACKAGING

Pharmacological action

“Эссенциальные” фосфолипиды – сложные вещества, representing diglycerides esters of phosphatidic acids and unsaturated fatty (mainly oleic and linoleic). It is an important structural element of cell membranes and membrane organelles hepatocytes. Phospholipids regulate membrane permeability, activity of membrane enzymes, ensuring the normal processes of oxidative phosphorylation.

The drug normalizes the biosynthesis of phospholipids and total lipid metabolism in hepatocytes injuries of different etiologies.

It restores the hepatocyte membrane through structural regeneration and due to competitive inhibition of oxidative processes: embedding into biomembranes, unsaturated fatty acids are able to take on exposure to toxigenic instead of membrane lipids.

Promotes regeneration of liver cells, stabilizes the physical and chemical properties of bile.

Thiamin (vitamin B₁) as a coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism.

Riboflavin (vitamin B₂) – важнейший катализатор процессов клеточного дыхания.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B₆) as a coenzyme is involved in the metabolism of amino acids and proteins.
