PHARMACEUTICAL FORM, COMPOSITION AND PACKAGING

◊ Capsules hard gelatin, with a red body and a brown cap; contents of capsules – powder of pinkish yellow to orange, particles are allowed to form a densified powder mass of white to yellowish-brown.

Excipients: sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl, disodium эdetat, butylhydroksytoluol, Talcum cleared, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide (aэrosyl).

Ingredients of the capsule shell: bronopol, povidone, sodium lauryl (sodium dodecyl sulfate), glycerol, Titanium dioxide, Karmazin, dye “Sunset” yellow, brilliant blue, Purified water, gelatin.

Pharmacological action

Gepatoprotektor. Action due to the properties of components, members of the drug.

“Essential” phospholipids – complex compounds, representing diglycerides esters of phosphatidic acids and unsaturated fatty (mainly oleic and linoleic). It is an important structural element of cell membranes and membrane organelles hepatocytes. Phospholipids regulate membrane permeability, activity of membrane enzymes, ensuring the normal processes of oxidative phosphorylation.

The drug normalizes the biosynthesis of phospholipids and total lipid metabolism in hepatocytes injuries of different etiologies.

It restores the hepatocyte membrane through structural regeneration and due to competitive inhibition of oxidative processes: embedding into biomembranes, unsaturated fatty acids are able to take on exposure to toxigenic instead of membrane lipids.

Promotes regeneration of liver cells, stabilizes the physical and chemical properties of bile.

Thiamin (vitamin B₁) as a coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism.

Riboflavin (vitamin B₂) – important catalyst for processes of cellular respiration.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B₆) as a coenzyme is involved in the metabolism of amino acids and proteins.

Цianokoʙalamin (vitamin B₁₂) together with folic acid in the synthesis of nucleotides.

Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP) involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Tocopherol (Vitamin E) It has antioxidant properties, It protects the unsaturated fatty acids in membranes from lipid peroxidation.
