Characteristic.

Application.

Uterine bleeding: after manual removal of placenta, early postnatal, postoperative (cesarean section, removal of fibroids), post-abortion (incl. bloody issues); delayed involution of the uterus in the postpartum period.

Contraindications.

Pregnancy, delivery.

Restrictions apply.

Arterial hypertension, CHD, mitral valve stenosis, obliterative vasculitis, sepsis, pathology of the liver and kidneys.

Side effects.

Nausea, vomiting, symptoms of ergotism, hypertension, precordialgia, hypersensitivity pneumonitis.

Cooperation.

It enhances the effects of vasoconstrictors.

Dosing and Administration.
