Elements of alkaline urine sediment – Microscopic examination of urine
Amorphous phosphate in alkaline urine occur as a colorless amorphous mass, consisting of small grains and balls, which are grouped together in groups of irregular shape. From the amorphous urate they differ and the lack of coloration, that are found only in alkaline urine. Typically with amorphous phosphate crystals are found tripelfosfatov, but with urate - uric acid crystals. Amorphous phosphates dissolve in acids and does not dissolve on heating.
Tripelfosfaty pure crystalline form whitish precipitate, easily soluble in acids. Tripelfosfatov crystals have the form of colorless hexagonal prisms of various sizes.
Less common crystals, similar to the grooves of the pen or fern leaves. Tripelfosfaty precipitate in the use of plant foods, mineral water, as well as inflammation of the bladder.
