Pharmacological action

SCS for external use. Anti-inflammatory effect. Reduces intercellular edema, infiltration of tissues, expansion of capillaries. This leads to reduce manifestations of inflammation on the skin surface.

Reduces itching, burning sensation and pain in diseases of the skin inflammation and allergic genesis.

Dosage regimen

Apply externally to the affected area.

Side effect

Local reactions: skin atrophy, teleangiэktazii, striae, aknepodobnye skin changes, perioral dermatitis, hypertryhoz.

Allergic reactions: rarely – cutaneous manifestations.

Perhaps the development of systemic effects due to absorption, especially when using an occlusive dressing.

Contraindications

Rosacea, perioral dermatitis, acne, perianal and genital itching of unknown origin, diaper dermatitis, viral infections, primary bacterial or fungal skin infections, secondary infections in the absence of appropriate therapy.

Pregnancy and lactation

Safety of diflukortolona during pregnancy has not been studied.

Corticosteroids for outdoor use should not be used in the I trimester of pregnancy; Avoid use on large surfaces of the body or for a long time.

We can not exclude the development of side effects in newborns, diflukortolon mothers received for a long time during pregnancy or lactation.

Cautions

When applied to the face and the duration of treatment in children should not exceed 5 days.
