Adgelon solution for injections: pharmachologic effect
Preparation, stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissue. The active substance of the drug is a glycoprotein, isolated from bovine serum.
The adhesive interaction of cells modulate drug mezenhimnogo origin and ingibiruet peroxide oxidation of lipids. Contributes to the rapid accumulation of masses of young cartilage cells and their differentiation, that leads to more rapid formation of replacement cartilage, restoration of smooth articular surface in the area of damage and improve joint mobility. In applying the drug populates the area of damaged cells and restore cartilaginous young cartilage tissue in definitivnom form, tk. has a place of its differentiation into layers, inherent in the original gialinovomu cartilage. With intra-articular injections produced by the cells of cartilage main substance has a more streamlined structure: it becomes the same dense, as in the normal functioning of the cartilage tissue.
