Pharmacological action.
Vazopressinopodobnoe.
Application.
Nesaharnыy diabetes, severe polyuria, polydipsia after surgery in the pituitary, Primary Bedwetting Urine (only for intranasal administration); for the on/in the introduction-hemophilia a, von Willebrand disease (except type IIb); nocturia.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity, congenital or psychogenic polydipsia, anurija, fluid retention of various etiologies, gipoosmolyarnost plasma, circulatory failure, the need for diuretic therapy. For the on/in the introduction-unstable angina, von Willebrand disease type IIb.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Category actions result in FDA - B. (The study of reproduction in animals revealed no risk of adverse effects on the fetus, and adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have not done.)
Side effects.
Transient headache, nausea, spastic abdominal pain, disalgomenoreya, moderate hypertension, tides, a moderate drop in blood pressure, compensatory tachycardia (at / in the introduction), allergic reactions (incl. anaphylactic shock); puffiness, local hyperemia, pain at the injection site.
Cooperation.
It enhances the effect of vasopressor drugs (blood pressure should be monitored).
Dosing and Administration.
Intranasal — 10-40 mg/day in one or more receptions, Children from 3 Months before 13 years is 5-30 g/day.
P /, / m, /in adults is 1-4 g/day, Children - 0,4 mg / day.
Precautions.
To reduce the risk of water intoxication and hyponatremia should limit fluid intake (especially children, teenagers, the elderly) fluid intake. When rhinitis should be administered sublingually (tk. absorption from the nasal cavity is broken).
