Pharmacological action
Immunomodulator, affects cellular and humoral immunity. Derinat® It stimulates repair processes, It has anti-inflammatory action, normalizes tissue degenerative changes of vascular origin.
The drug activates the antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial immunity, It has a high reparative and regenerative action.
For external use Derinat® promotes healing of venous ulcers, infected wounds and deep burns, significantly accelerating epithelization. Under the influence of Derinat® It is going bezrubtsovoe healing ulcers on the mucosa.

Absorption and distribution
Deoxyribonucleat sodium is rapidly absorbed when applied topically and lymphatic spread to organs and tissues.
Metabolism and excretion

Dosage regimen
Derinat® as a solution for topical and local application assigned depending on the localization of the pathological process.
The drug is prescribed children from the first day of life and adults.
To SARS prevention instilled into each nostril by 2 drops 2-4 times / day for 1-2 weeks. If you have symptoms of respiratory disease drug instill 2-3 drops in each nostril every 1-1.5 h during the first day, further – by 2-3 drops in each nostril 3-4 times / day. Duration of therapy – 1 Months.
At inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses drug instill 3-5 drops in each nostril 4-6 time / day; duration of the course – 7-15 days.
At inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity produce rinse oral solution formulation 4-6 time / day (1 vial 2-3 rinse). Duration of therapy – 5-10 days.
At chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecological practice – intravaginal administration of irrigation cervical swabs or intravaginal administration of a drug 5 ml procedure 1-2 times / day for 10-14 days.
At hemorrhoids the drug is administered rectally by means of mikroklizm 15-40 ml. The duration of treatment is 4-10 days.
