Pharmacological action.
Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, pyretic.

Application.

Inflammation of the external auditory meatus, Acute tympanitis, otitis media, inflammatory, ulcerous-necrotic, infectious and trophic lesions of the mucous membranes of the mouth, nose and throat, corn, ulcers, sores when wearing dentures, gingivitis, teething pain in children, stomatitis, fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases, neuralgia, mialgii, artralgii.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, bronchial asthma, disorders of the hematopoietic system; perforated eardrum (for ear drops).

Restrictions apply.

Pregnancy, lactation, herpes infection and influenza in children.

Side effects.

When applied topically (gel) - Burning sensation, enteral (syrup) - Nausea, stomach ache, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, aggravation of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, dizziness, noise in ears, leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, impairment of renal function, skin rash.

Dosing and Administration.

Drops - 3-4 drops into the ear canal 3-4 times a day. Gel - apply to the affected area 3-4 times a day before meals or at bedtime. Syrup - for children aged 1-2 years - 0.5-1.5 ml each 6 no, 3-5 Years - 3 per ml 8 no, 6-12 Years - 3 per ml 6 no. In rheumatic diseases - 1 ml / kg body weight per day 4 admission.
