Urea peroxide

Characteristic.

Urea derivative. Antiseptic.

The white crystalline powder. Easily soluble in water, soluble in alcohol. It contains about 35% hydrogen peroxide.

Pharmacological action.
Antiseptic.

Application.

Inflammation of the mucous membranes and skin (incl. in gynecological practice), sores, capillary bleeding from surface wounds, nose bleed; stomatitis, tonsillitis.

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects.

Burning, allergic reactions.

Cooperation.

It increases the compound to be delivered on skin resorption funds.

Dosing and Administration.

Locally. 1 Table. in a glass of water for rinsing the mouth and throat (0,25% hydrogen peroxide) or 4 Table. — for washings (1% solution).

Precautions.

Do not apply under an occlusive dressing.

Can not be used for irrigation of the cavities, Avoid contact with eyes.

Unstable in an alkaline medium, in the presence of alkali metal, complex radicals, oxidants, in the world, warm.
