Characteristic.

White or white with Valium or pinkish tinge hygroscopic crystalline powder. Easily soluble in water, insoluble in 95% alcohol.

Pharmacological action.
Antiagregatine, angioprotektivnoe.

Application.

Diabeticheskaya microangiopathy and retinopathy, sores, occlusive arterial and venous hemodynamic origin, post-thrombotic syndrome, atherosclerosis of the lower extremities, varicose veins and superficial phlebitis, hemorrhoids, peripheral edema stagnant, microcirculation disorders, steroidnыy vasculitis, bronchial asthma (hormonedependent).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (in the acute phase), bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, kidney and liver, gemorragii (in patients receiving anticoagulants), pregnancy (especially I trimester), Children up to age 13 years.

Side effects.

Diarrhoeal disorders, increase in liver transaminases, allergic reactions (skin rash).

Dosing and Administration.

Inside, during or after a meal is on 0,25 g 3-4 times a day or 0,5 g 1-2 times a day for 2-3 weeks, then reduce the dose to 0.25-0.5 g/day. When treating retinopathy and mikroangiopatii appoint 0,25 g 2-3 times a day for 4-6 months, then by 0.25-0.5 g/day.
