Characteristic.

Antiparasitic drugs for external use.

A colorless, oily liquid with a slightly aromatic odor, sharp and burning taste. Practically insoluble in water, mixed with an alcohol, ether and chloroform.

Pharmacological action.
Protivoparazitarnoe, antiscabietic, protivopedikuleznoe.

Application.

Scabies (ointment, gel and emulsion), pediculosis (ointment).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity, acute dermatological diseases, pregnancy, breast-feeding, childhood (to 3 years).

Side effects.

Locally - burning sensation, skin irritation, allergic reactions.

Dosing and Administration.

Outwardly. As 10 and 20% ointment, 10 and 20% gel or 20% emulsion. The skin is treated in the evening before going to bed (for children up to 5 years - bred in boiled water 1:1) after a thorough shower (warm water and soap); the drug is rubbed into the skin of your hands, then the body and legs, including the soles and toes; through 2 day (On the fourth day) the procedure is repeated and the next day take a shower. Hands after contact with the drug should not be washed for 3 no, and then must be processed after each wash.

Adult use 20% ointment, for children - 10%. In areas with a gentle skin ointment applied without intensive rubbing.

Precautions.

After completion of the course requires medical supervision for 2 Sun (and in the presence of complications - and more). Avoid contact with the drug on the mucous membranes, incl. in the eyes.

Cautions.

Treatment of patients in one outbreak, and contact persons, It should be carried out simultaneously. Pyoderma, eczema (complications) It should be treated concurrently with scabies and continue after liquidation. Dry all, that come in contact with affected skin, should be subject to careful handling.
