Pharmacological action.
Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic.
Application.
Inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat: pharyngitis, aphthous ulcers, gingivitis, stomatitis, tonsillitis, posttonzillektomicheskie state; inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth after radiation and chemotherapy, surgery; lower limb venous insufficiency, incl. during pregnancy; phlebitis and thrombophlebitis of superficial veins of the legs (combination therapy), condition after vein sclerosis and flebektomii, postflebitnye syndromes; nonspecific vaginitis (before and after surgery in the vaginal area, after radiation therapy, the use of intra-uterine pessaries), and fungal infections trichomonazice, inflammation in the cervix, estrogen therapy for vaginal atrophied in old age.
Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity; for a solution — children's age (to 12 years); for tablets — phenylketonuria.
Side effects.
Numbness tissues and burning sensation in the mouth (lozenges), dry mouth, drowsiness, allergic reactions (skin rash).
Dosing and Administration.
Solution for rinsing of a throat or mouth — 15 ml (1 tbsp) every 1.5-3 hours (can not swallow).
The pill is on 3 mg 3-4 times a day (keep the mouth to complete resorption).
Aerosol (shows an elderly or sick in the postoperative period when the inability to rinse your mouth) every 1.5-2 hours-adults and patients older-on 4-8 doses, children 6-12 years old - 4 dose, Children up to 6 years - 1 per dose 4 kg body weight (maximum — 4 dose).
Vaginal wash 1-2 times a day: powder (1 bag) dissolved in 500 ml of water (solution must be warm) and for one-time use DOUCHING 140 ml, the procedure is performed lying down, the liquid should remain in the vagina a few minutes.
The gel is applied to affected skin 2-3 times a day and gently rub until completely absorbed.
Precautions.
When using the gel should be avoided contact with mucous membranes. Long (more 7 days) Treatment should be under medical supervision.
With care prescribe during pregnancy and breastfeeding (tablets, aerosol, powder, solution). Avoid getting spray into the eyes.
